Who are Norwell's consulting services designed for?
Our engagements are most relevant to owner-managed businesses, mid-sized companies, and regional operations based in Hong Kong that are at a growth or transition point. Leadership teams who want an outside perspective — without committing to a long-term retainer — find our fixed-scope structure a practical fit.
How do engagements typically begin?
The process starts with an initial call or meeting at our Alexandra House office. We discuss your current situation, the questions you are working through, and which engagement would be the most relevant starting point. There is no obligation attached to this conversation.
What is included in the final deliverable?
Each engagement produces a written report with findings, scored assessments where applicable, and a prioritised set of recommendations. For compensation and franchise work, additional templates and roadmaps are provided. Findings are presented to the leadership team in person.
Are the fees fixed or variable?
Fees are fixed per engagement: HK$3,200 for the Organisational Health Check, HK$5,100 for Franchise Readiness, and HK$6,400 for Compensation Architecture Design. Scope is clearly defined before work begins, and fees do not change unless the brief materially changes by client request.
How is confidentiality handled?
All engagements are conducted under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Internal documents, financial information, and personnel details shared during the engagement are treated as strictly confidential and are not referenced in any external communications.
Can you support implementation after the engagement?
Our core engagements are assessment and design-focused. For clients who want ongoing implementation support, we can discuss a tailored follow-on arrangement. This is scoped and priced separately once the initial engagement is complete.
