How we approach each engagement
Each Norwell engagement follows the same core methodology: define the scope clearly, gather structured information from the right sources, analyse findings against relevant benchmarks, and produce a written output that informs specific decisions.
This process is consistent regardless of which engagement a client selects. The difference between them is the subject matter — organisational health, franchise viability, or compensation structure — not the underlying rigour of the work.
Our consultants work closely with the client's leadership team throughout, but keep demands on their time focused and purposeful. Most of the analytical work happens within our team. The client's involvement is scheduled, structured, and efficient.

Using a structured framework, our consultants produce a health score across each dimension with specific improvement recommendations. Designed as an annual check-up for proactive leadership teams.
